About Brenner Real Estate

Brenner Real Estate was started over 20 years ago by Debra Brenner. As a successful Broker, Debra decided to venture into real estate development and building. She has developed Linden Pines Village and Cotswold Townhomes. Her current projects include Linden Close, 19 luxury homesites in the Historic District Village of Pinehurst and The Arboretum. The Arboretum is a Southern Pines Living Community which includes single family residences and cottage homes.

In 2010, Debra opened an office at 30 Chinquapin Road in the Village of Pinehurst.
